150 years later, 'Super Moon' will be there, know the time of eclipse, the utensils and measures!




Today i.e. 31 January 2018 will be the first lunar eclipse of this year on Wednesday. According to astrology, this eclipse will occur in the Cancer zodiac and the Ashchesha constellation. This rare lunar eclipse of 2018 is going to take place after 150 years. 

Apart from this, this eclipse will be seen in many countries including India. This lunar eclipse will appear in Asia, Australia, North and East America, Pacific, Atlantic and Indian Ocean. 


When the moon is close to the earth at the time of eclipse, a large size will be seen which is also called Super Moon. According to astrologers, the time to start the eclipse is 5 to 18 minutes and 27 seconds. In India this eclipse will be seen from 06.21 to 09.38. This lunar eclipse will be visible in the year of India, hence the religious yarn will be valid. 
Let us know that this eclipse will be started in India's Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Sikkim, West Bengal. Due to the presence of the Moon near the earth at the time of eclipse, its size will appear slightly larger than normal and at the time of the full moon of eclipse, it will also be visible in some red color. 


On the day of lunar eclipse, it is considered inauspicious to see God. Therefore, the doors of the temple are closed on this day and there is no law of worship of any kind. Lunar eclipse in India will also start the wee period. On Wednesday January 31, the wee hours will start at 7.00 a.m., and the night will end at 8:30 pm.
If possible, do not take a bath after the expiry of the eclipse, otherwise you should wash your hands and make a donation. In the morning, make a donation to a poor or needy person.
